Job: Occupational Therapist

The occupational therapist will evaluate patients and develops a plan of treatment intended to decrease limitations from injury or disease and to maximize independent living skills to the extent possible for discharge to the least restrictive environment.

Minimum Education:
Graduate of an AOTA accredited school of Occupational Therapy.

Minimum Experience:
Prefer one year experience in Inpatient Occupational Therapy service delivery.

Required Certification/Licensing/Registration:
Licensed to practice Occupational Therapy in Washington State.
Current Certification from the National Board for the Certification of Occupational Therapy CPR Certification.
